DreamView
DreamView builds upon and extends Dream’s broad range of reporting functionality, by providing direct, seamless access to Dream data via Microsoft® Excel®.
In addition to familiarity and ease of working, this means that reports can be developed centrally and then emailed to other managers, who can then each update or investigate the figures further and because all the same security settings still apply, you can be rest assured that there is no unauthorised access to sensitive data.
Management report packs can be produced by simply refreshing the data for a selected period.
Drill-back facilities enable authorised users to select a figure on a DreamView report in Excel and drill-down to a detailed report in Dream, showing the transactions that make up the selected balance.
Dream Reporter
A central report designer allowing complex secure reports to be deployed via Microsoft® Excel® (through DreamView) or via a web browser (Internet Explorer) giving full access to the entire database plus any user-defined data.
Desktop Reporting
Desktop Reporting publishes selected key management information to individual user's desktops. Desktop reports are available and visible as soon as users switch on their machines. Drill down functionality enables the users to drill-down from high level KPIs to various levels of underlying detail.
Desktop reports can combine data from multiple systems and data sources and provide users with access to key management information without having to log in to any applications.
Web Reporting
Hexagon's Web Acumen is a web based reporting portal that, amongst other things, enables users to run interactive reports through a web browser. The reports can be accessed remotely by staff, managers, customers and suppliers as required; access is controlled via a secure web login facility.
Reports can be designed using Crystal Reports and published on the web or scheduled for delivery by email on a regular basis. Reports can be exported from the web to PDF, Excel or Word formats.
